Microsoft has released a new, particularly TikTok-flavored version of the now-famous Teams ringtone.
The Microsoft Teams ringtone was transformed into a dance music earlier this year by TikTok founder Calum Newton (also known as CandyMoore.mp3). The remix was so infectious that Microsoft requested he make a unique version for the official Teams app.
We got in touch with [CandyMoore.mp3] and requested him to make a remix of the ringtone so we could share it with you since he did an amazing job.
Users can now use his remix to personalise their Teams experience, and it strikes hard enough to have you dancing.
Fun-Loving Teams
Microsoft makes tens of thoughtful changes to its collaboration platform each year, but it sometimes occasionally prefers to update in a more humorous manner.
For instance, Microsoft revamped the Teams emoji collection at the beginning of the year with a variety of new designs and 3D models, providing users more options for responding to messages and collaborating in group channels.
Similar to this, the business released a number of virtual backdrops intended to bring back fond memories for devoted followers. The package includes an unvaulted version of the Windows XP wallpaper along with backdrops that featured the notorious Clippy, Microsoft Solitaire, and Paint.
We could all need some excitement on video conversations after more than a year of remote and hybrid work, the business said. Because a short trip down memory lane may be good for the spirit,” it added. “We asked our designers to make a few iconic Microsoft moments their Teams backdrops debuts.
It seems like a continuation of the same theme that the Teams ringtone’s TikTok remix included on the official platform.
The sensation of activity has become omnipresent with the sound of an incoming Teams Call.
Working begins with the first few notes of that jingle, and giving an old tune a new twist might be beneficial, according to Surbhi Lohia, programme manager for Microsoft Teams.
Over the years, Teams fans and community members have produced some fantastic remixes, and now it is time to bring that energy to the Teams platform in musical form.
Under Settings, under the Calls page, you may enable the new ringtone. However, we offer luck to those who take the risk; we haven’t stopped humming it since this morning.
